BB Business Hub shows its new face

The expansion of the BB Business Hub on Mittelstrasse in Schönefeld is nearing completion. Alpine Finanz is expanding its corporate campus here in the form of a seven-storey new building. The facade works are now finished. The scaffolding is being dismantled to reveal the striking glass and steel facade.

The next step will be the interior construction. This will create approx. 17,000 m² of state-of-the-art office space with flexibly divisible floor plans and three-meter-high ceilings. Hub 3 is being expanded in a social design. This will turn the office into a feel-good zone with comfortable equipment and smart extras. Spacious and elaborately designed recreational areas inside and outside set new standards and are reminiscent of popular open spaces in international metropolises. The approximately 600 m² gastronomic area will bring Berlin's big-city food offerings to Schönefeld and, in addition to the tenant-owned spaces, serves as a networking meeting place and encourages creative breaks. The future tenant app can be used, among other things, to reserve conference rooms, book car sharing offers and order food and drinks.

In addition to the modern facilities, the BB Business Hub convinces with its location which is in the direct vicinity of BER Terminal 5, and the Schönefeld S-Bahn station. The A113 motorway junction and BER Terminals 1 and 2 can be reached in just a few minutes. International destinations such as Paris, London or Barcelona can be reached just as easily as Dresden, Leipzig or the center of Berlin.

Alpine Finanz has been active in Schönefeld since 1990 and is one of the largest private portfolio holders for commercial spaces. Hub 3 is expected to be completed by Q4 2022. The first model offices can already be viewed in the autumn.
