Enpal becomes first tenant in PANDION OFFICEHOME Ostkreuz Campus

Cologne-based project developer PANDION has secured the first major tenant for its PANDION OFFICEHOME Ostkreuz Campus project in Berlin-Friedrichshain in the form of solar company Enpal. Enpal signed a lease for 17,300 sqm on July 20, 2022, accounting for roughly one-third of the total space of approximately 50,000 sqm.

"The leasing to Enpal was a huge success, demonstrating the growing demand for innovative commercial space. Germany's most successful Greentech-startup is a contemporary anchor tenant at our energy-efficient PANDION OFFICEHOME Ostkreuz Campus," said Mathias Groß, head of PANDION's Berlin office.

"The combination of maximum multifunctionality, energy efficiency and a modern mobility concept with optimal public transport connections using the Ostkreuz S-Bahn station is ideal for us. By leasing the space on the campus site, we are creating room for further growth in Berlin," says Mario Kohle, founder and CEO of Enpal.
