HB Reavis leases 2,700 m² in “DSTRCT.Berlin”

With 6.4 million customers in its studios and with its digital offers, the RSG Group is the world’s number 1 in the field of fitness. In October 2023, it will move into around 2,700 square meters in one of the historic halls and open a gym for its JOHN REED Fitness brand there. The tenants of the areas in “DSTRCT.Berlin” can therefore benefit from a unique training atmosphere - created from the symbiosis of fitness, music and design. In addition to the spacious areas for strength training, live classes, open group workouts, personal training, cardio, barre, pilates, yoga and a multitude of other highlights are available.

“DSTRCT.Berlin” has a total of more than 50,000 square meters of leasable space as well as more than 800 bicycle parking spaces and 40 e-charging stations. The total area is divided into a new building and four historic halls. Tenants have access to a wealth of productivity-enhancing and health-promoting amenities, including landscaped courtyards and a panoramic rooftop terrace. In the new building, tenants also get inspiration from the expressive works of art by Berlin artist Christian Awe. The buildings have already received WiredScore Platinum certification, as well as WELL and DGNB Gold-level pre-certification.

The project is well connected to the local public transport via the S-Bahn stations Landsberger Allee and Storkower Strasse. Both the BER airport and Berlin’s main train station are about a 30-minute ride away. The Hausburgpark, as well as the Volksparks Friedrichshain and Prenzlauer Berg can be reached within a few minutes walk.
