Start of construction for the office project THE B in Revaler Strasse

The Berlin project developer Townscape and Gateway Real Estate have celebrated the groundbreaking ceremony for the THE B office project at Revaler Strasse 32 in Berlin Friedrichshain. A 6-story office building with around 22,000 m² (gross floor area) of modern and flexible office space is being built on the 5,100 m² site. The renowned architectural firm Eike Becker_Architekten is responsible for the planning. Completion is scheduled for the third quarter of 2024.

THE B is very well connected to public transport and private transport. The Ostkreuz train station is only a five-minute walk away and opens up the area with its numerous bus, train and S-Bahn lines for local and long-distance traffic. The proximity of the property to the federal highways B 1 and B 96a facilitates the journey by car. Berlin-Brandenburg airport is a 30 minute drive from the property. The new building project is to achieve DGNB Gold certification and KfW 55. The ESG verification for the EU taxonomy is carried out by the DGNB.
