Concarus Real Estate Invest GmbH, has signed a new long-term lease for around 18,300 m² in the Thiemann Quartier in Berlin-Neukölln with the State of Berlin, represented by BIM Berliner Immobilienmanagement GmbH.
In addition to the existing premises of the Neukölln Tax Office, the Berlin International Tax Office is being created on a newly rented area of around 7,200 m². Concarus will hand over the newly rented space to the State of Berlin after the conversion in the second half of 2023.
The mixed-use Thiemann Quartier, consisting of production, office, retail and leisure space, currently has a total rental area of around 55,000 m². In the next few years, a further 25,000 m² of commercial and office space is to be created in the district on potential areas.
