Corona testing facilities at BER

The airport operator takes the current health situation very seriously and is working closely with the relevant authorities at state and federal level. Numerous measures in the terminals as well as at the security checkpoints and in the boarding process ensure that passengers at the airport can fly safely under corona conditions.

Two test centers are available in Terminal 1 at BER:

Test area on arrival level E0 for PCR and antigen tests

  • Operator: CENTOGENE GmbH
  • Opening hours: daily from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
  • Test type: PCR and antigen tests
  • Costs: 59 € (antigen test) or 69 € (PCR test)
  • Procedure: Test result usually within 30 minutes (antigen test) or 24 hours (PCR test), further information on the operator's website

Test area departure level E1 for antigen rapid tests

  • Operator: Medicare test center of Stay Safe GmbH
  • Opening hours: daily from 4:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.
  • Test type: Antigen rapid tests of the manufacturer Realy Tech
  • Costs: 40 €
  • Procedure: Test result usually within 15 to 20 minutes, further information on the operator's website
