Bauwert buys land for office campus in Berlin-Johannisthal

As an extension of Germany's largest science and technology park in Berlin-Adlershof, BAUWERT is developing an office campus with 110,000 square meters of office space. The land was acquired from Deutsche Bahn AG. A land-use plan has been approved for the site and planning is already in full swing. Seven renowned architectural firms have submitted their proposals.

"At this established location, the demand for office space, especially for large areas, can hardly be met and we are now creating a wide variety of office space for almost every need," says Henning Hausmann, Head of Investment at BAUWERT. The property is located directly at the Schöneweide S-Bahn station, which will be renamed Adlershof-Johannistal in 2019. This S-Bahn service offers excellent transport connections throughout the capital region. BAUWERT will start marketing space in summer 2018 and not just to major tenants, but will also start building individual components independently of pre-letting progress.
