BB Business Hub: New office campus for Airport Region Berlin Brandenburg
The Airport Center Schönefeld has been rechristened the BB Business Hub and will have almost double the floor space to lease by the third quarter of 2021. This is thanks to the construction of the 17,000 m² (183,000 sq. ft.) landmark building Hub 3, to be built next to the two existing buildings and within walking distance of Schönefeld Airport. The groundbreaking ceremony is planned for the beginning of the fourth quarter of 2019. Colliers International Berlin GmbH will be the exclusive leasing agent for the new office units, divisible into spaces as small as 300 m² (3,200 sq. ft.).
