Work on the new “B3.OFFICES” office building in the Business Park Berlin in the immediate vicinity of the new BER capital airport is proceeding as planned. The project developer PROJECT Immobilien Gewerbe AG has successfully completed the shell of the office and commercial building at Alexander-Meißner-Straße 6. The office and commercial rental space is expected to be ready for occupancy at the beginning of the fourth quarter of 2021. 

The building that is currently under construction comprises around 6,700 square meters of total rental space across seven floors. The rental space can be flexibly designed specifically for tenants in terms of the floor plans and layout and rental units can be rented starting at approx. 220 square meters. Two additional planned office buildings will complete the “B3.OFFICES” property. Future tenants will also benefit from a boarding house and two designer hotels, which the project developer is developing right next door at the Alexander-Meißner-Strasse 2 and 4 location. Here, companies can provide accommodations for employees on a project-to-project basis. The hotels and the boarding house have already been leased on a long-term basis.

Business Park Berlin is Berlin’s largest contiguous business park. Thanks to the new BER airport, an S-Bahn station in the immediate vicinity, and the convenient connection to the B96 federal highway and A113 federal autobahn, the office location with “B3.OFFICES” is close to innovative companies, institutions, and organizations.
