Leasing starts at "Wiener Etagen" in Berlin's Europacity
Berlin's Europacity is continuing to take shape. After the "Budapester Höfe" were completed and fully leased, Grossmann & Berger is now starting to market a further 72 residential units on "Prager Karree" and 36 apartments on "Wiener Etagen". The three new buildings by developer Richard Ditting and client / future owner Quantum are located between Heidestraße and the Berlin-Spandau Shipping Canal in Berlin's Moabit neighborhood.
The "Wiener Etagen" offer three 6-7 story buildings with interior entrances for the total of 128 rental units and a shop. The project meets energy efficiency criteria (KfW-Effizienzhaus 70) on the basis of the 2014 Energy Savings Ordinance.
In the second phase, 36 rental units offering one to three bedrooms will be built; the majority will be two-bedroom flats. The apartments will offer between 41 and 115 square meter (441 to 1238 sq. ft.) of living space.
Another 72 flats are now on the market at neighboring "Prager Karree" as it, too, enters the second phase of construction. These range from studios to three-bedroom flats offering between 37 and 110 square meter (398 and 1184 sq. ft.) of living space.
