An office building with a glass KameraHaus, a studio building, as well as an equipment and warehouse building will be constructed on 7,259 square meter.

Adlershof Projekt GmbH, as urban architectural developer for the Johannisthal/Adlershof area for the state of Berlin, marketed a 7,259 square meter area on the Groß-Berliner Damm to the LichtHaus company. The service company specializing in lighting and camera technology for film and television productions has been based at the media location Adlershof as a tenant since 2000.

Now it has acquired a state-owned property to build an office building there with a glass KameraHaus, a studio building, and an equipment and warehouse building. The planning and project development was done by Vollack GmbH, which is also located at the site.

After more than 30 years, the studio is returning to Johannisthal, a historic site of German film.
