Starting signal for the marketing of the "Technologiepark Funkerberg" in Königs Wusterhausen
The city-owned Entwicklungsgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG Königs Wusterhausen is a subsidiary of Entwicklungs- und Betreibungsgesellschaft mbH (EBEG) and is selling 19 plots with a total size of approximately 107,000 square meters in construction phase I of the "Technologiepark Funkerberg" as part of a concept award.
The offer is aimed primarily at technology-oriented companies from research and development, IT, communications and media, telematics, life science, electrical engineering, electronics, measuring, and precision engineering as well as mechanical and instrument engineering. The focus is on promoting the joint growth of new and existing, innovative companies.
The Technology Park is currently in the development phase. The completion of the access roads, up to binder course, will be announced by December 10, 2018 and the overall completion for June 2019.
