Reiss & Co. shows faith in Berlin-Schönefeld
In May, Reiss & Co. Real Estate München GmbH bought an approximately 30,000 square meter plot on Hans-Grade-Allee in Schönefeld for development as commercial space. Now it has snapped up another 40,000-square-meter expanse of land on Nördliche Randstrasse in Berlin-Schönefeld.
Acquired from a community of heirs, the development site is intended as residential property. The S-Bahn commuter railway and a bus stop are located just a short stroll away. For instance, the excellent transport links mean that it only takes 25 minutes to travel to Potsdamer Platz in the center of Berlin. What’s more, the public transport association VBB Berlin-Brandenburg provides a direct connection to the new BER Airport. The property is not located in the direct aircraft noise zone of the airport.
