SEGRO leases approx. 6,000 m² to 4 new tenants at SEGRO Airport Park Berlin

SEGRO has won four new tenants for SEGRO Airport Park Berlin, leasing out a total of 6,000 m² of commercial space. With new tenants Deutsches Elektronen-Synchrotron DESY, Lindner RIDO Fassadentechnologie, Servona, and F. LIST GERMANY GMBH, the first three phases of the business park are now fully leased and Phase 4 is already 35% occupied in the first month after completion.

The commercial section of the park currently comprises just under 49,000 m² of space for rent; about 8,000 m² are still available in Phase 4 of the project, in spaces as small as 700 m². Three additional construction phases are currently in the planning stages. In May, SEGRO had already fully leased the 72,500 m² logistics section at SEGRO Airport Park Berlin.

DESY, a research center of the Helmholtz Association, will occupy 850 m² starting in October. Lindner RIDO Fassadentechnologie, a maker of curtain wall solutions, will be renting 750 m², also tarting in October. Servona, a leading manufacturer and supplier of high-quality medical devices, supplies, and consumables, as well as a provider of home care services, will also move into the campus in October. F. LIST GERMANY, a global provider of interior fittings for business jets, yachts, and residences, will lease approximately 2,500 m² from December.

Already at the beginning of the year, Realogis and SEGRO were able to set the course for the future for three companies on about 17,000 m² of logistics space.
