Topping-off the Berlin Brandenburg State Laboratory

Builder and owner HOCHTIEF and the future tenant of the site the LLBB (Berlin Brandenburg State Laboratory) celebrated the topping-off of the shell of the new building. According to plans by architects kister scheithauer gross, around 23,000 m² (248,000 sq. ft.) of gross floor space for laboratories and offices with cafeteria and library will open by Spring 2019. The LLBB is a research institute jointly owned and operated by the States of Berlin and Brandenburg since 2009. Approx. 300 employees will soon be working at the new location in Berlin-Adlershof.
