Adlershof Projekt GmbH put an area of about 1,700 square meters on Walther-Huth-Straße/Segelfliegerdamm on the market for the state of Berlin in Berlin-Adlershof.

The investor plans to construct a mixed-use building with a focus on training, co-working space, offices, hostels, manufacturing, sales, and restaurants on the area and the underlying property. There are also plans for an underground parking garage. The offer of modern office space as co-working spaces is particularly attractive for new companies or startups, who can then settle in the location and take advantage of the synergy effects.

As an urban architectural developer for the Johannisthal/Adlershof area, Adlershof Projekt GmbH is putting state-owned land on the market. These include, among others, the premises at the former campus of the Medizinische Geräte GmbH Berlin (MGB).
