BAUWERT project in Wildau (Brandenburg) with 187 apartments fully let

The 16 townhouses in Wildau "Am Rosenanger" are fully let. The houses are the third and final construction phase of a project comprising a total of 187 apartments, which BAUWERT Aktiengesellschaft has been realizing in Wildau since August 2017. The initial letting of 171 floor apartments was already completed in spring of last year.

The townhouses measure between 126 and 158 square meters and have a south-facing garden with terrace. In the corner houses, this measures around 150 square meters. Tenants in the other houses have around 80 square meters of garden at their disposal. Spacious, bright rooms with ceiling heights of 2.70 meters and high-quality furnishings ensure a pleasant, comfortable living experience. Fiber-optic connections ensure Am Rosenanger residents have the connectivity they need for a smooth home office.
