Gewerbesiedlungs-Gesellschaft Berlin (GSG Berlin), the largest private provider of commercial and office space in Berlin, has let around 1,300 square meters of office space to the management and technology consultancy Sopra Steria SE. Angermann acted in an advisory capacity.
The GSG-Hof Geneststrasse is equipped with solar systems, numerous e-charging stations and has approx. 33,000 m² of contemporary space.
Originally, the building complex, constructed between 1905-1908, served as a production site for electrical communication equipment and pneumatic tube systems for the company Mix & Genest.
