On April 15, the partners of the Markenallianz met for their first exchange of the new year to gain an insight into one of the most ambitious real estate projects in the region - DIEAG's "Behrens-Ufer". The network meeting focused on a presentation of the project concept and a tour of the construction site. The Markenallianz - a regional network of representatives from project development companies, districts and counties, municipalities and other institutions in the Berlin-Brandenburg airport region - facilitates regular and intensive exchange and the presentation of its own development projects.
Jan-Alexander Ernst, Head of the Airport Region Team, opened the event, followed by Dr. Gregor Keck, Head of Communications, and Maik Andrack, Head of Letting, from DIEAG, who presented who presented the 10-hectare project. The participants were given an insight into the implementation of the project, the planned infrastructure and the various types of use, which, in addition to production, laboratory and office uses, also include culture, gastronomy, health and education and are intended to revitalize the district.

The construction site
Following the presentation, participants had the opportunity to experience the construction site live and ask questions about the project. The interim use of the historic Peter Behrens building for film projects and exhibitions was explained and there was a lively exchange on current topics during the get-together.
We would like to thank the hosts and the DIEAG for the presentation of the major project and all the guests who accepted the invitation. The next meeting of the Brand Alliance partners will take place in June at the Berlin Air Show ILA.
