Alfons & alfreda: Hotel rental near BER

At the end of last year, Alfons & alfreda were able to rent out fully the first building on their TESTA campus in Schönefeld.

The hotel operator Tristar will move into the district near BER from 2024 with a Hampton by Hilton brand hotel with around 200 rooms on 8,000 m². The term of the lease is 25 years with an option to extend.

Tristar is represented on the German market with over 25 hotels. As an award-winning operator in the brand hotels segment in the DACH region, Tristar has been a partner of numerous franchisors such as Hilton, Marriott, Accor and IHG for many years.

In addition to the hotel rental, recently, those responsible were pleased to receive DGNB Gold pre-certification for the district; an upgrade to Platinum status is planned. The building complexes will be constructed according to the latest energy standards, with great emphasis on ESG conformity and a minimum ecological footprint during construction and operation

With the new construction project TESTA, a district and a hotel is being created in the immediate vicinity of Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER) with office space, restaurants, local amenities. In total, the project comprises four buildings with a gross floor area of around 50,000 m² and over 950 parking spaces.

The project is scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2024.
