The extension building at the BB Business Hub office campus at Mittelstraße 3 in Schönefeld has opened. On September 7, 2023, Alpine Immobilien GmbH celebrated this with all tenants during a campus hope party. A total of 16,000 m² of additional office space is available in the two buildings with seven floors and a striking facade of glass and steel. The campus thus grows to a total of 34,000 m² of leasable space.
"This opening makes us particularly proud," says Alpine Managing Director Thomas Graf. "With the Corona lockdowns, delivery problems and increased prices and interest rates, new challenges always accompanied us. Now we can concentrate fully on leasing - commission-free for tenants, by the way."
Graf continues: "In our new building, Hub 3, we have paid attention to the greatest possible flexibility. Spaces from 300 m² upwards can be designed individually according to the wishes of our customers. They can expect attractive services on the campus, and our outdoor area is a green oasis that invites them to relax or hold casual meetings. As the owner, we are also always approachable on site and guarantee short response times when our customers have a concern."
With their flexible floor plans and three-meter-high ceilings, the offices provide particularly ample space for relaxed and creative work. The floor-to-ceiling windows provide plenty of daylight and offer a unique view over the BER tarmac, the historic town center with its fieldstone church, or into the countryside. In addition, there are lavishly designed common areas and smart extras: The tenant's own app can be used, for example, to book conference and office rooms and to view the food and drink menu of the campus restaurant. There are also bicycle parking spaces, an underground parking garage and
changing rooms with showers. Campus WLAN, e-charging points and a parcel station will also be available in the short term.
In the future, our approximately 600 m² gastro area will bring the latest food offerings to Schönefeld and serve as a lively networking meeting place. We are also keeping our own business center available in Hub 3, which offers external users as well as existing and new customers a convenient way to cover spontaneous additional demand for work or conference rooms.
One of the plus points of the BB Business Hub is its perfect connectivity. It is located within walking distance of the Schönefeld S-Bahn and long-distance train station with several regional and national train connections. By car, it is only a few minutes to the A113 and BER Terminals 1 and 2, making international destinations such as Paris, London or Barcelona just as easy to reach as Dresden, Leipzig or downtown Berlin.
Leasing has already started. A model office can be viewed at any time.
