Construction Celebration in Ludwigsfelde: STADT UND LAND's New Development Project Continues to Grow

Construction work on Erich-Weinert-Straße is progressing faster than planned: The structural shell of the new residential project in Ludwigsfelde has been successfully completed. The development, which was already sold turnkey by project developer LABORGH to STADT UND LAND Wohnbauten-Gesellschaft mbH, is creating urgently needed housing for the region.

The project includes 47 modern, energy-efficient apartments in a mix of two- to five-room units, offering attractive living options for families, singles, and seniors alike. All apartments feature either a balcony or a terrace, underfloor heating, and level-access tiled showers. The development also includes an underground parking garage and outdoor parking spaces, providing a total of 56 car parking spots. With sustainable construction, well-designed floor plans, and a thoughtfully planned neighborhood layout, the project makes an important contribution to Ludwigsfelde’s urban development.

“The completion of the building shell marks another milestone in our joint commitment to Ludwigsfelde, and we are pleased to be working successfully with STADT UND LAND at this location for the second time,” said Florian Lanz, Managing Director of LABORGH Investment GmbH.

With completion planned for December 2025, the new building will be ready for occupancy in early 2026.
