DIEMEDIAFABRIK leases office space in Berlin

The GSG Berlin has secured the media planning specialist DIEMEDIAFABRIK as a new tenant for the Zander & Palm Höfe in Berlin-Kreuzberg. By the end of 2025, the owner-managed agency will lease more than 700 square meters of office space in the historic commercial courtyard ensemble on Waldemarstraße.

In addition to Berlin, DIEMEDIAFABRIK is also represented in Stuttgart. With the relocation, the company is expanding its presence in a central urban location characterized by its industrial architecture, an established neighborhood structure, and good access to public transport.

Historic industrial design meets central location

“The new location on Waldemarstraße offers us both a historic industrial-style setting and a vibrant neighborhood with numerous dining options. The excellent public transport connections also provide our employees and clients with convenient accessibility and a variety of leisure opportunities after working hours,” explains Peter Peschel, Managing Partner of DIEMEDIAFABRIK Agentur für Mediaberatung GmbH.

Traditional commercial courtyards with modern use

The Zander & Palm Höfe are among the traditional commercial courtyards in Berlin-Kreuzberg, combining listed historic buildings with contemporary office and commercial spaces. The site is located close to the Spree and is part of a district that has long been popular with creative, media, and service companies.
