DSTRCT.Berlin is fully leased

The international real estate group HB Reavis has signed two additional lease agreements totaling approximately 2,600 square meters at DSTRCT.Berlin, achieving full occupancy of the office complex, which was completed in 2022. The new tenants are Europe’s largest trading platform for collectible cards, Cardmarket, which is leasing 1,700 square meters of office space, and facility services provider Samsic, which will occupy 900 square meters.

Attracting new tenants is far from a given at the moment.
