EDGE Friedrichspark secures prominent anchor tenant

Edge announces the signing of Commerzbank AG as its first and anchor tenant at EDGE Friedrichspark Berlin. The long-term lease comprises approximately 9,000 sqm, spanning the ground floor, first and second floors, and part of the third floor of Building C.

About EDGE Friedrichspark

Located at Wriezener Karree 15, within walking distance of Ostbahnhof, the project will deliver 39,000 sqm of state-of-the-art office space upon completion in spring 2026.

Designed by GRAFT Architects, the building follows a multi-tenant approach and is conceived as a connected workplace environment, bringing together a strong ecosystem of tenants, amenities, and shared facilities.
