infinitSpace opens flexible workspace in Berlin

infinitSpace, a technology-driven provider of flexible workspaces, has signed a management contract with leading Central European investor Peter Korbačka for 4,500 square meters of workspace in Berlin's Europacity during the MIPIM real estate fair in Cannes (France). The first German location of the company founded by workspace expert Wybo Wijnbergen (CEO) and serial tech entrepreneur Wilco Wijnbergen (CTO) will provide around 700 flexible and modern workspaces under the "beyond" brand as "beyond Quartier Heidestraße" from November 2024 in a prime location with a direct connection to Berlin's main railway station. 

New workspace in the 'beyond Quartier Heidestraße' in Berlin's Europacity

Quartier Heidestraße is a new, mixed-use complex in Berlin's Europacity, a modern and innovative urban district with direct access to Berlin's main railway station. With an area of almost 4,500 square meters and around 700 workstations, the modern workspace will be located in the "Straight" building in Quartier Heidestrasse. It is a six-storey building with a mixture of residential and office use as well as additional facilities - such as a bar and a café on the roof of the building. The part of the building facing the street will be used as the "beyond Quartier Heidestraße".

infinitSpace will design the new flexible workspaces and equip them with state-of-the-art technology. This also includes a dedicated app that connects members, companies and residents of the project as well as infinitSpace's global network. infinitSpace will also be responsible for the marketing, administration and ongoing operation of the coworking space.

"beyond Quartier Heidestraße" is infinitSpace's sixth location in Europe and its first in Germany. In addition to workspaces in London and Amsterdam, there are also locations in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The connected app gives users access to over 4,500 workspaces. With the new location in Berlin, infinitSpce is expanding its position in continental Europe.
