The KLINGSÖHR group of companies and DERECO have leased 800 square meters to wwwe GmbH in the HOHE NEUN project in Berlin's Neukölln district. The company will thus occupy the entire ninth floor of the now nearly completed project. The full-service Internet agency is an experienced provider of high-quality web solutions and digital services. With a team of experts, the company offers customized websites for clients from various industries. Engel & Völkers Commercial Berlin acted as an intermediary in the transaction.
The office unit on the ninth floor of HOHEN NEUN features a large roof terrace with a breathtaking view of SHED, the Estrel Tower and Berlin's city center.
"With the lease in HOHEN NEUN, wwwe has found a great office location for its young and dynamic team. The project offers future tenants the opportunity to enjoy all the New Work benefits in spacious shared areas," explains Stefan Klingsöhr, managing partner of the KLINGSÖHR group of companies.
"A modern working environment is particularly important to us in order to attract the best talent and successfully implement innovative projects. Neukölln offers an exciting and up-and-coming area for this purpose. In the immediate vicinity of HOHEN NEUN are lively neighborhoods with many cultural highlights that offer our employees an excellent atmosphere," says Felix Reinicke, Head of Webdepartment at wwwe. "The excellently equipped spaces as well as the spacious roof terrace also contributed to the decision in favor of HOHE NEUN," adds Marc Koehler, Chief Operating Officer (COO) at wwwe.
David Noll, member of the management board of DERECO Holding GmbH: "We are delighted to have gained another tenant for our Office Tower in the form of wwwe. The office space on the ninth floor offers plenty of room for creative ideas and also a great view of Berlin."
The HOHE NEUN high-rise comprises 11,000 square meters of rental space, which is spread over twelve floors. The brick building is characterized by an average room height of 3.15 meters, barrier-free access throughout the building, a high level of building technology, for example through component activation, which enables individually adaptable heating and cooling, and a high-speed fiber-optic connection. The office spaces can be individually designed. Construction work is on schedule and completion is planned for the second quarter of 2023.
