Meeting of the Brand Alliance partners

On June 26, 2023, a networking event was held at Schönefeld City Hall, bringing together 30 Brand Alliance participants. The participants consisted of project developers, community representatives and investors. The event focused on the topics of growth, housing and living in the Schönefeld community.

Mr. Christian Hentschel, mayor of the Schönefeld municipality and host of this event, took the participants on a fascinating journey through the impressive growth of the municipality as well as the challenges that come along with it. In his rousing presentation, he took a look at the developments of the last 10 years and gave the audience an insight into future projects. Particular attention was paid to the areas of housing and quality of life, vividly illustrating the outstanding progress and associated opportunities as well as the increased demands on the community.

Subsequently, Ms. Kathrin Sczepan, head of the construction and investor service of the Schönefeld municipality, informed the participants about the latest developments in the municipality under the title "Schönefeld in transition". Her presentation focused on land use designations, development plans, and building permits for commercial and residential use. Ms. Sczepan gave attendees a comprehensive overview of current projects and initiatives that continue to drive the growth and attractiveness of the community.The event provided attendees with a great opportunity to learn about exciting developments in Schönefeld and explore opportunities for future partnerships and investments. The lively exchange between project developers, community representatives and investors created valuable synergies that will further fuel the growth of the Schönefeld community.
