Quantum concludes rental contracts with WISAG and DAK in the Leo & Alex in Berlin-Lichtenberg

The first tenants for Leo & Alex (www.leo-alex.de) have been found. DAK-Gesundheit and WISAG are moving to Bornitzstrasse in Berlin Lichtenberg. Quantum Projektentwicklung is currently building the two modern office properties Leo & Alex there.

DAK rents over 2,200 sqm in the Leo property and will move into the space as early as December 2021. WISAG rents over 6,000 sqm in the Alex property. The Berlin regional companies of the real estate service provider are scheduled to move in autumn 2022. In the future, WISAG will also take over facility management for both buildings.

The flexibly usable office buildings have a total rental area of over 35,000 square meters and have 291 underground parking spaces and 47 outdoor parking spaces. A special focus has been placed on individually configurable areas, a first-class digital infrastructure and excellent rental price value for money. The topic of sustainability also plays a major role in the development. The green outdoor areas with terraces and seating invite you to linger, e-charging stations in the underground garages and a large number of bicycle parking spaces with shower facilities round off the sustainable approach. The new tenants will benefit from an innovative and sustainable office property.
