Rigterink Logistikgruppe new tenant at SEGRO Logistics Centre Großbeeren

SEGRO has leased 8,350 square meters of hall, cross-dock, and office space in its SEGRO Logistics Centre Großbeeren to Rigterink Logistikgruppe on a long-term basis. This means that the single-tenant property will continue to be fully leased without interruption after the previous tenant moves out on May 31, 2021.

A decisive factor in the rapid subsequent leasing of our property was the high level of customer satisfaction of Rigterink Logistikgruppe, which already leases space in our SEGRO Logistics Park Bischofsheim. We are of course particularly pleased to be able to support an existing tenant in their growth. And even though this location continues to be fully leased, we are currently already developing additional space in our nearby SEGRO Airport Park Berlin. The new units will be completed later this year,” says Christina Schultz, Associate Director, Development, Light Industrial at SEGRO.

The SEGRO Logistics Centre Großbeeren is located at Märkische Allee 65, just outside the city limits of Berlin and close to the new BER airport.
