Scaling Spaces opens new location for JetBrains in Berlin-Kreuzberg

In the first quarter of 2024, international software company JetBrains will more than double its office space in flex office operator Scaling Spaces' Cuvry Campus. JetBrains was founded in 2000 and has 12 offices worldwide for more than 1,800 employees. In Berlin, the software company has already set up a research and development department in the Cuvry Campus at Scaling Spaces in 2021. In addition to the rented work space for the future 250 Berlin employees, JetBrains will also have access to communal and event areas as well as numerous service offerings. In order to realize the expansion of JetBrains according to the employees' ideas, Scaling Spaces has leased an additional 3,200 square meters at the location in Kreuzberg starting in September, is expanding it and is furnishing it individually for JetBrains. In the leasing of the rental space by Scaling Spaces, the Dutch real estate consultancy Solved-Parella was involved on the side of the sublessor as its advisor and representative.

The Cuvry Campus office building with a total of 50,000 square meters of gross floor space was completed in 2021 and is located near the Oberbaumbrücke bridge directly on the Spree River. Scaling Spaces operates other locations in the Berlin districts of Charlottenburg, Prenzlauer Berg and Friedrichshain, as well as in Frankfurt's Westend. There, companies can rent their desired space, from a desk to a private office to their own floor. Additional services such as furnishing, catering, cleaning or the complete operation of the office space can also be booked.
