Waterfront living: Berliner Jungens starts another residential project in Köpenick

Köpenick receives new and modern living space directly on the banks of the Dahme River. The property and project developer Berliner Jungens is building a total of 62 apartments here and creating more than 5,600 m² of living space in a unique waterfront location. The company was already planning 36 apartments at Dahmestrasse 5. Over 70% of the residential units there have already been sold before construction begins.

Now Berliner Jungens is acquiring the neighboring property at Dahmestrasse 6. An additional 26 apartments will be built here starting in summer 2022. The project is being realized as part of a joint venture with the Ten Brinke company. Ten Brinke is an internationally experienced company in the fields of project development, construction, and asset management.

The new housing project at Dahmestrasse 6 benefits from excellent infrastructure, among other things. Located in Grünau, shopping facilities, schools, daycare centers, and doctors are within easy reach. The tramway line 68, the S-Bahn, the Adlergestell, and the A113 autobahn provide very good connections to the surrounding area. The capital’s BER airport can also be reached in just 15 minutes by car. The unique location offers quiet living in the countryside without sacrificing mobility.
