With headquarters directly at BER Airport, we are the first point of contact for companies interested in opening new branches or offices in the region.

Start of construction of "Stadthäuser am Park 3" in Schönefeld near Berlin
The "Stadthäuser am Park 3" project has reached another milestone on the way to completion. The responsible project developer Bonava has started construction of another apartment building in Schönefeld near Berlin.
The construction of House 3 with 14 residential units has already started successfully. Together with House 4, which consists of 14 residential units, 28 condominiums are now in the construction phase. At the same time, Bonava started sales in House 2 on October 19, 2023 and will dig the next excavation pit as planned in December The final construction phase with a total of 102 residential units is an important step for the "Stadthäuser am Park 3" project, which was announced in March of this year.
Maria Mannewitz, the responsible project manager at Bonava, commented on the development: "We are delighted that we are continuing to experience high demand for our townhouses in Schönefeld. Of course, our prospective buyers are facing the current challenges of rising interest rates. As a property developer, we are aware of these difficult conditions and are therefore trying to adapt our apartments in terms of size and furnishings in the best possible way. The rapid rise in construction costs in the previous year has leveled off again, so we are happy to pass this cost advantage on to our new customers in the new sales phase."
The "Stadthäuser am Park 3" project is located at Theodor-Fontane-Allee 2-2h in 12529 Schönefeld and covers a total area of around 14,500 square meters. A total of 102 condominiums with 1.5 to 5 rooms will be offered in nine apartment buildings. The first apartments are scheduled to be ready for occupancy from December 2024.
One of the remarkable features of the project is the underground parking spaces, which are already included in the purchase price. There are also various amenities that are part of the "Happy Neighborhood" concept. These include a playground with a large wooden airplane, a table tennis table and a communal, green inner courtyard. Bonava attaches great importance to sustainability and has therefore taken measures to promote it. These include certification to the KfW 55 standard and the pre-installation of electric charging stations in the underground garage and on the outdoor parking spaces.
Bonava is targeting young families, couples and senior citizens as well as investors with this project. Interested parties already had the opportunity to view the project, including a completed four-room apartment, at an open day on October 1, 2023. The show apartment and the furnishing container with the four furnishing options can still be viewed.
