ANH announces the acquisition and completed renovation of a property at Scharnweber Straße 21 in Berlin's vibrant Friedrichshain district.
The property, previously operated by Ibis Styles, a hotel brand of the Accor Group, consists of three buildings. Following extensive renovations, the front building will be transformed into a modern hotel. The fresh, bright facade and contemporary interior redesign create a harmonious blend of historic architecture and modern design, providing ideal conditions for an innovative usage concept.
The property also includes a carriage house and a three-story rear building in the courtyard. These buildings will undergo renovation and be converted into commercial spaces, offering flexible opportunities for various business uses.
The new ANH property is located in one of Berlin’s most dynamic neighbourhoods. Friedrichshain is known for its diversity, creativity, and urban lifestyle, featuring a vibrant cultural scene, numerous leisure opportunities, and excellent public transport connections.
With this acquisition and successful modernization, ANH continues to pursue its strategy of shaping urban spaces with innovative concepts and sustainable approaches.
