BAUWERT AG launches the sale of 130 condominiums in a vibrant urban quarter

Over the next few years, the BAUWERT AG is building a new urban quarter with a broad-based, urban use concept in the popular Berlin district of Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg and is today launching sales for 130 high-quality condominiums.

On the approx. 13,000 sqm site in the middle of the Bergmannkiez, not far from Kreuzberg and Tempelhofer Feld, not only condominiums are being built, but also rental flats, student flats and subsidised flats, gastronomy spaces, a daycare centre, space for local businesses and office space designed by Tchoban Voss Architekten.

Michael Staudinger, CEO of BAUWERT AG: "The Neue Bockbrauerei is one of the very few large construction projects in Kreuzberg that will create urgently needed new living space as well as office and cultural spaces. The condominiums, planned by Bonanni Gesellschaft von Architekten mbH, vary from one to five rooms with 38 sqm to 347 sqm. All floor plans can be viewed on the new website www.neuebockbrauerei.de.

"No two floors are the same. Families, singles, couples - every lifestyle has its own space. Half of the 220 flats planned for the quarter are barrier-free. Lifts lead to all residential floors. Underground garages with space for cars and bicycles round off the offer. Charging facilities are provided for e-mobility. We assume that the demand for flats will be correspondingly high", adds Daniel Herrmann, CEO of BAUWERT AG.
