Bauwert leases 16 townhouses in Wildau

The residential project “Am Rosenanger” in Wildau is nearing completion. Leasing of the 16 townhouses built in the last construction phase has already begun.

The leasing of a total of 16 townhouses in Wildau “Am Rosenanger” is underway. “The houses are the third and final construction phase of a project comprising a total of 246 apartments that BAUWERT Aktiengesellschaft is building at one of the most attractive residential locations in the southeastern area of Berlin,” says Dr. Jürgen Leibfried, a member of the Management Board at BAUWERT. “There is no other residential location in the vicinity of the new airport from which you can get to your gate faster and be less affected by aircraft noise.” In addition, Berlin’s city center and the A10 Center can be reached within 45 and three minutes, respectively, he said. “Wildau is right in the middle of a metropolitan region which will have its center redefined by the opening of the new airport in just a few months.”

The independent urban structure and the wide range of cultural, sporting, and educational offerings, the location on the Dahme Lakes, and the dynamic economic development make Wildau as a place to call home. With 130 companies from the aerospace industry and its university of applied sciences, Wildau has become one of the most important technology centers in Brandenburg. “Measured against the strong influx, the construction intensity in Wildau remains significantly below demand, so that hardly any other attractive housing offers are likely to come onto the market in the coming years,” says Leibfried.

With their red roofs, white plaster facades and clinkered first floors, and many windows, the three-story townhouses at Am Rosenanger are oriented both toward Brandenburg’s building tradition and to the model of classic townhouses. Each house has a south-facing garden with a terrace. These measure about 150 square meters in the corner houses. Tenants of the other houses have about 80 square meters of garden at their disposal. Spacious, bright rooms with 2.70-meter ceilings and high-quality fittings provide a warm ambience and a pleasant, comfortable home. And thanks to the fiber optic connection, connection speeds are available to Am Rosenanger residents than at many locations in Berlin.
