Bonava starts second construction site in Schulzendorf

123 new houses complete the “Ritterschlag” quarter in Schulzendorf. Over 100 of the total 291 houses have already been occupied. Overall completion is scheduled for spring 2024.

The “Ritterschlag” residential quarter in Schulzendorf is taking shape piece by piece. 113 families have already received their keys and many more will follow. The German-Swedish project developer Bonava plans to build a total of 291 terraced, semi-detached, and detached single-family houses on the almost ten-hectare site.

“The Covid pandemic has significantly increased the already high demand for owning a home with a garden. Building site 1 is now almost sold out, but the list of interested parties continues to grow. As a result, work is now continuing in stages on the second construction site with 123 new houses. If everything goes as planned, the quarter will be completely finished in spring 2024,” says Bonava project manager Alexander Malwig.

The new section includes 104 duplexes and 19 detached single-family homes. The homes offer about 84 to 152 square meters of living/usable space spread over two floors and 3 or 4 rooms depending on the house type. All houses will be constructed in accordance with the KfW-55 efficiency standard. This offers attractive funding opportunities for interested buyers.

In the future, the center of the quarter, which is located close to nature, will be a spacious public green area with two playgrounds and sports equipment for young and old, which will become a natural meeting place for neighbors.
