Concentrix Global Service GmbH leases over 8,000 m² of office space in Berlin-Friedrichshain

Located in the heart of the capital - right next to the Ostbahnhof - 10east in Berlin-Friedrichshain stands for a new era of living and working. On a total area of approx. 16,000 m², future-oriented working environments meet the most modern office forms.

With Concentrix Global Services, a subsidiary of Concentrix Corporation, which operates in more than 40 countries and on six continents with over 280,000 employees, Ampega has secured a leading global provider of customer experience solutions and technologies.

Concentrix, on the other hand, is pleased to have found the perfect location for its second office in Berlin, which will provide enough space for up to 1,000 Concentrix employees. This makes the company a perfect fit for 10east Berlin. The building was restructured into a sustainable multi-tenant office in 2020/21 and received a modern and design-oriented rebranding.

The conclusion of the contract was accompanied for the owner by the Berlin brokerage firm BNP Paribas Real Estate GmbH and CBRE. The tenant was accompanied by JLL.

The property is owned by a Talanx AG company, which is represented and advised by Ampega Asset Management GmbH.
