Cresco Real Estate leases 2,550 sqm of office space to the State of Berlin

Cresco Real Estate (Cresco), an independent real estate investor and developer, has leased partial areas of 2,550 sqm of the office property "Kabelwerk" in Berlin-Adlershof to the State of Berlin represented by BIM Berliner Immobilienmanagement GmbH (BIM).

Location advantages in the Adlershof technology hub

In 2026, the branch office Treptow-Köpenick of the Berlin Senate Department for Education, Youth and Family will be based at “Kabelwerk” in Adlershof – one of Europe’s most dynamic hubs for technology and science.

The location is optimally connected in terms of transport: the nearby Adlershof S-Bahn station and the access to the highway make the property at Otto-Franke-Str. 88 and 96 an exceptionally accessible administrative site.

Modern office space with a focus on sustainability

The modern new building meets all the requirements of contemporary and high-quality office space.
