GSG Berlin leases around 530 square meters to Berliner Verkehrsbetriebe

Gewerbesiedlungs-Gesellschaft Berlin (GSG Berlin), the largest private provider of commercial and office space in Berlin, has leased around 530 square meters of office space to Berliner Verkehrsbetriebe (BVG).

“Hardly any other company represents Berlin as much as the BVG. We are all the more pleased that this bastion of Berlin has found its place with us," says Nico Knäusel, head of GSG Berlin's leasing department.

With a total of more than 97,500 square meters, the listed Amperium am Humboldthain is GSG Berlin's second-largest commercial property. It is centrally located with good connections to public transportation. The building complex originally served as a production site for AEG and features a digital orientation system, charging stations and solar panels. The Amperium has been awarded with the WiredScore Platinum certification.
