IT service provider Netgo rents 4,300 m² of office space

Gewobag is building a 7-story residential and office complex in perimeter block development on a 7.680 m² site between Ella-Borowsky-Straße, Gotenstraße and Sachsendamm, opposite the Südkreuz station. The total of approximately 17,500 m² in-house development includes 167 apartments with 9,145 sqm of living space, which will go on the market in early 2023. Six months before completion, 90% of the commercial space with 5,270 m² of office space, 470 m² for a daycare center, 200 m² of restaurant space and 2,200 m² of community living space have already been leased long-term.

For the office space in particular, IT service provider Netgo was won as a tenant with 4,300 m²^..

Construction began in January 2020 and the completion is scheduled for the end of the 1st quarter of 2023. The buildings have a high energy efficiency (KfW-55). Heating and hot water are provided by a modern combined heat and power plant (CHP).
