Construction of new Lichthaus building in Adlershof is progressing

Lichthaus GmbH is building a modern media center for film and television productions on Groß-Berliner Damm.

The service company for the media industry has been based in Adlershof for more than 20 years. Last year, it acquired a 7,259 m² plot on Groß-Berliner Damm from Adlershof Projekt GmbH. The site, once home to JOFA, one of the largest filmmakers in the world in the 1920s, will once again be home to film and television productions in a new ultra-modern media center. There's a hive of activity on Groß-Berliner Damm as the new company headquarters, studio, and costume store are being built. Soon it will be time for “Lights, camera, action!"

The neighboring Vollack GmbH & Co. KG developed the project and is now in the middle of implementation. Despite all of the current adverse circumstances, the project is carrying on and serves as a glimmer of hope for a battered world. After all, the sun always comes out after every downpour! Completion is planned for summer 2020.
