OFFICEHOME Zinc handed over: Enpal expands headquarters in the Ostkreuz Campus

The Cologne-based project developer PANDION has successfully completed the first construction phase of the OFFICEHOME Ostkreuz Campus. The office building OFFICEHOME Zinc, with a total leasable area of 9,650 square meters, was completed on schedule and handed over to the Greentech company Enpal as the sole tenant on Wednesday. In addition, Enpal has leased 7,650 square meters in the still-under-construction sister project, OFFICEHOME Pollux, and will fully relocate its headquarters to the OFFICEHOME Ostkreuz Campus. The handover of OFFICEHOME Zinc took place in a ceremonial setting with PANDION CEO Reinhold Knodel and Enpal CSO Stephan Rink in attendance.
