Cologne-based project developer PANDION has completed the OFFICEHOME Pollux office buil ding in Berlin-Friedrichshain on schedule. The property comprises around 28,700 square metres of rental space and forms part of the OFFICEHOME Ostkreuz Campus.
As early as September 2025, around 7,650 square metres were handed over to greentech company Enpal, which is further expanding its presence at the location. In addition, a further approximately 850 square metres were handed over to another tenant last autumn. With the completion of OFFICEHOME Pollux, PANDION is consistently continuing the development of the campus. The sister building OFFICEHOME Zinc had previously been handed over to Enpal as a single tenant.
The six-storey building was realised according to designs by kadawittfeldarchitektur from Aachen. It offers flexible office space with units ranging from around 350 to 5,000 square metres per floor, enabling a wide variety of usage concepts – from classic office layouts to open, colla borative working environments. Generous ceiling heights, a flexible structural grid and high-qua lity materials create a modern yet durable working environment.
The architecture is defined by a façade system made of anodised aluminium, with a nuanced in terplay of bronze and silver tones. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide a high level of natural light and create a close connection between the interior and exterior spaces. The concept is comple mented by an intensively landscaped inner courtyard and a variety of outdoor areas such as ter races and loggias.
The building is to be certified to DGNB Gold standard and meets the Efficiency Building 55 stan dard. A photovoltaic system on the roof and a comprehensive mobility concept with bicycle and EV charging infrastructure support resource-efficient operation.
“With OFFICEHOME Pollux, we have realised another building block for high-quality, flexible wor king environments in Berlin. The building combines architectural quality, sustainable standards and an environment that is particularly attractive to dynamic companies. Enpal’s renewed deci sion in favour of the location underlines the strength of our concept. Our aim is to create a place that brings together work, exchange and quality of life,” says Marylin Lendowski, Managing Director Berlin at PANDION.
