PROJECT Immobilien erects new building ensemble “COPENIC 7 life & work”

In December of last year, construction work began on the “COPENIC 7 life & work” project in Berlin-Köpenick. PROJECT Immobilien is developing condominiums and office units on the site.

Project developer PROJECT Immobilien is building a new building ensemble with commercial space and a total of 51 condos to be called “COPENIC 7 life & work” at Mahlsdorfer Straße 7-8. Facing the street, there will be a modern building home to a mix of condominiums and office units, while a second building in the inner courtyard will consist exclusively of residential units. The sale of the one to four room apartments in the 3,700 m² complex in Berlin’s Köpenick district has already started.

The high-quality building facing Mahlsdorfer Straße is being built to close a gap and thus create a protected inner courtyard. The structure will offer a total of 14 modern office units to be known as “COPENIC 7 work” as well as 18 high-end condominiums to be known as “COPENIC 7 life” with two to four rooms each as well as a balcony or rooftop terrace.
The office units with high-end fittings will vary in size from 81 to 239 m². Each unit will have its customer or employee toilets, kitchenette hookups, and some will have a balcony or rooftop terrace with a view of the inner courtyard.
The “COPENIC 7 life” house to the rear of the property will house a total of 33 condominiums with one to four rooms offering between 36 to 131 m² of living space. Each unit will have its own open-air living space, either as a garden, a balcony, or a rooftop terrace. The high-end fittings in the residential units will include real wood flooring, underfloor heating, electric shutters, and name-brand bathroom fixtures. There will also be an underground car park and bicycle parking spaces.

Located in a green idyll with good connections to the city center
Köpenick offers numerous recreational opportunities for nature lovers. No other Berlin district is as green as Treptow-Köpenick. At the same time, all of the necessary shops for daily needs will be nearby. The Forum Köpenick, for example, with over 140 specialist shops, is only about 300 meters from “COPENIC 7 life & work.” Thanks to the convenient S-Bahn connections, residents will also have the advantage of a short commute to the city center.
