SHED in Neukölln almost fully rented: OPTIMAL SYSTEMS moves in

The joint venture between the KLINGSÖHR Group and DERECO has leased additional office space at SHED am Schifffahrtskanal in Berlin-Neukölln: OPTIMAL SYSTEMS has leased approx. 2,100 square meters on the fourth and fifth floors of the main building on a long-term basis. OPTIMAL SYSTEMS is a leading international provider of digital document management solutions and a subsidiary of the Japanese Kyocera Group. The SHED building ensemble has a total area of 33,000 square meters and is part of the NEUE UFER development site in Neukölln. The transaction was brokered by BNP Paribas.
