PROJECT Immobilien has been able to conclude an additional leasing agreement for the office property “Einstein 22” in Europarc Dreilinden in Kleinmachnow for the entire fourth floor (777m2). This means that more than 70 per-cent of the total area of 4.954 m2 in Albert-Einstein-Ring 22 is already leased. Three office units starting at 445m2 are currently still available.
The tenants come from the areas of logistics, IT and electronic data processing services, financial auditing, tax consulting and consulting, as well as from public health care and have already moved into some of the new rentable area. The available areas will be fitted out in accord with the desires of the tenant and can be drawn as of the fourth quarter of 2022.
The six-floored office building “Einstein22” is located in Europarc Dreilinden and so in the immediate proximity of internationally operating companies such as eBay or PayPal. Tenants profit at our location from among other things from a favorable corporate tax rate of 320% compared to the 410% rate of the federal capital and is simultaneously very well connected to both Berlin and Potsdam.
