UBM Development and CESA Group have sold the “CentralTower Berlin” high-rise project developed jointly on Berlin’s Alexanderplatz to HB Reavis.
The new owner thus takes over a property with an area of approx. 2,126 m² in a prime location in Berlin. The sellers are parting with the property due to a change in corporate strategy within UBM. The construction of a hotel and boarding house was previously planned on the property.
