LOK21 in Wildau: Modern commercial space in a historical ambience

Work will soon be resumed in the old Locomotive building 21 in Wildau. In this historical setting, attractive offices and spacious storage areas, studios flooded with light and spacious areas for practices, rooms for research and development as well as individual environments for artists and creative people will soon be able to be rented. A total of around 6,000 m² of office space and 6,500 m² of commercial space are available for these purposes.

Wildau has successfully made a name for itself as a business and science location in recent years. The city is located in the immediate vicinity of BER Airport in Schönefeld and therefore offers quick access to an effective transport infrastructure. Accordingly, with Locomotive building 21 the decision was made to offer attractive office space that can be flexibly planned in terms of both size and technical equipment. The office space, which is spread over two floors, can be divided from an area of 30 m², the storage space from approx. 70 m².

This means that company founders and small companies can also find the right solution for their needs and settle in an attractive environment in a traditional setting.

The office and storage space is rented free of commission and at a current rent of 10.50 €/m².
