WALTER lets 1,700 square metres of office space to GUTcert in the TwinTowers

A long-standing WALTER tenant, GUTcert GmbH, has signed a long-term lease extension for its premises in the TwinTowers Berlin. In addition to extending its existing space, GUTcert has also rented an additional 600 sqm of office space. With a total area of around 1,700 sqm, the company is now ideally positioned for further growth.
